Directions:
To Warm: Place on a clean plate and microwave for 2 minutes (Microwaves vary). Fold pillow so it rotates freely, not touching inner wall of microwave.
To Chill: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
Contents: Golden flax seed, dried herbs, inner pillow 100% cotton fabric, outer cover 100% polyester. Removable, washable outer cover, cold water wash, lay flat to dry.
