That was my first massage at Aquarias Wellness and I will definitely be back! Such a hidden gem. The ambiance is very serene, peaceful and calming. Dionna was my therapist and her hands and method are like magic. Like I told her, she has a gift. When I go back, I’ll for sure be booking with her.

Aquarius Wellness Signature Facial (60 min) — $135
Skin perfection customized to your needs. Reveal your radiance through purification, renewal, hydration, calming—or a blend of all. Restores healthy balance and a glow that lasts.
Purifying Facial (60 min) — $145
Calming treatment for congested or reactive skin. We use purifying thermal waters, plants, organic herbs, and healing serums to bring skin back into balance. Designed for acne, rosacea, or sensitive types.

Repeat customer and Aquarius was beyond amazing! The staff were so friendly and courteous. The massages were amazing. I had stress balls and when I left I felt 100% better. I have yet to receive a bad Massage therapists at Aquarius. All the Massage therapist all are great!

We were in town for our Anniversary and having our first couples massage. Patrice and Christopher did such an amazing job. Both made our experience amazing listening to our areas of concern and ultimately giving an amazing massage experience. Monica has healing hands and provided a wonderfully healing massage for me. My shoulders , neck, hands and feet are problem areas for me and after the massage, the discomfort and pain - gone! I will return and schedule 90” instead of an hr. The massage table was very very comfortable and the sheets soft. The headrest was also very comfortable. Received a lovely gift bag of goodies afterward!

This is the BEST spa in the St. Louis area guaranteed. My boyfriend and I came here for our 3 year anniversary. We had the pleasure of receiving a 90 minute signature service from Rachel and Jacquelyn. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable. Both of these ladies had incredible massage flow & intention in their movements. Jacquelyn did such an amazing job on my prenatal massage. She made sure I stayed comfortable the entire time and understood exactly what my body needed. I felt safe and relaxed the entire time!

I just had an AMAZING facial with the absolute best aesthetician, Nandi! The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful! I told her she had “healing hands”.

My husband and I did a couple’s massage with Chantel and Jacqueline and it was the most amazing spa experience I’ve had in St. Louis. The facility is stunning, clean, and smells good and relaxing which immediately put me at ease. Both therapists were communicative and responsive and we both left feeling like our problem areas were addressed at length, and I almost fell asleep at the end because I felt so good.
