I had booked an myofascial massage last week and the massage therapist was excellent. I had a car accident last year and am still dealing with issues in my right neck so I decided to do another myofascial massage a week later since I had a great release the first time. Unfortunately, the person I had the second time clearly had no knowledge of the myofascial massage technique. The massage was very light, the person sat on a stool the entire 90 min, and incorporated other techniques of relaxing massage, which was not bad, but not what I had needed. Massage therapist not trained in specific techniques should not be booked for those techniques.

The spa is so beautiful and relaxing the moment you walk in. I felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as I stepped in. Every detail is gorgeous. My therapist Carmen was absolutely perfect. She has great technique and pressure and was attentive to my problem areas. Haven’t had a massage that good in years! Found my new regular spa! Thank you Carmen for a perfect experience!
